As the product portfolio grows, they're looking for a Compliance & Regulatory Executive to play a key role in supporting product launches, maintaining regulatory standards and ensuring technical documentation is always audit-ready.This is a hands-on position offering exposure across product development, supply chain, quality and regulatory affairs, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a dynamic beauty environment.The RoleWorking closely with Regulatory, Product Development and Supply Chain teams, you'll help ensure products are compliant, technically robust and ready for market across multiple territories.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Compliance & Regulatory SupportCoordinate compliance activities across a broad portfolio of cosmetic productsReview technical and regulatory documentation received from manufacturing partners and suppliersSupport the collection, validation and maintenance of product compliance recordsAssist with product notifications across relevant regulatory platforms including UK, EU and US marketsReview product artwork, labels and packaging to help ensure compliance with market requirementsMonitor regulatory updates and support the implementation of changes across the product rangeMaintain accurate Product Information Files (PIFs) and supporting documentation for audit and inspection readinessTesting & Technical CoordinationLiaise with manufacturers, testing laboratories and external partners to ensure testing programmes remain on scheduleTrack product testing activities including stability, compatibility, packaging and safety assessmentsEnsure all required certifications, reports and technical documents are received and stored appropriatelySupport the technical sign-off process for new product launches and reformulationsSupplier & Quality ComplianceAssist with supplier onboarding by gathering and reviewing compliance documentationSupport supplier monitoring activities to ensure ongoing adherence to company standardsWork alongside manufacturing partners to address compliance queries and corrective actions where requiredContribute to investigations relating to quality concerns, testing failures, customer complaints or product performance issuesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product Development teams to ensure compliance requirements are considered throughout the product lifecycleProvide regulatory support to internal stakeholders including Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teamsHelp ensure product claims and technical information are accurate and appropriately substantiatedSupport retailer and customer regulatory enquiries when requiredWhat We're Looking ForExperience within cosmetic, beauty, personal care or consumer product complianceGood understanding of UK and EU cosmetic regulations, with exposure to wider international markets advantageousExperience managing technical documentation, testing programmes or regulatory submissionsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesComfortable working with suppliers, manufacturers and third-party laboratoriesDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingExperience supporting product launches within a fast-paced commercial environmentKnowledge of cosmetic testing requirements, PIF management or product notification processes would be highly advantageousWhy Apply?Join a rapidly growing beauty brand with ambitious expansion plansBroad exposure across regulatory, quality, product development and supply chain functionsOpportunity to work on exciting product launches across multiple international marketsA collaborative environment where you'll have genuine influence and visibility across the businessBBBH36384TPBN1_UKTJ
