Mechanical Operations ManagerAre you looking for a mechanically bias project manager role, working for a company involved in the UKs top projects!An opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Operations Manager to join a market leading principal MEP contractor company working on local projects.Responsibilities:- Oversee management and site operations across 5-6 projects simultaneously- Collaborating with electrical operations manager part to ensure smooth running of project delivery- Delivering MEP installation services to new build sites worth £1m - £20m- Work with wider commercial teams within the business to help with maximising profitability- Ensure contracts are completed within timescales and budget- Ensure works are carried out safely and that reasonable and practical measures are taken to maintain the safety of all involved- Financial management of contracts, variations etc.- Manage competence and individual performance within the team- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeated business- Maintain company standards in terms of quality and timeRequirements:- Minimum 10 years' experience in a contracting environment, 5 of which should be management level- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure the management process is optimised- Knowledge of HVAC systems in the high-rise sector- Strong communication skills both internal and external stakeholders- Experience of managing wider management teams- SMSTS and First Aid would be an advantageBenefits:- Salary £65,000 - £70,000- Car Allowance- Incentivised bonus scheme- 36 days holiday- Enhanced pension contributions (up to 6% by company)- Private heath cover- Life cover insuranceTPBN1_UKTJ
