Recycling Operative

We are recruiting for a sort line operative for our busy client based in Reading.As a Sorting Line Operative, you will play a key role in our production process by sorting materials efficiently and safely to meet quality and operational targets.Key Responsibilities Sort materials accurately and efficiently on the production line.Remove contamination and separate materials according to company procedures.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area.Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.Report any equipment faults or safety concerns to supervisors.What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good attention to detail.Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.Previous experience in a production, recycling, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.What We Offer Full training and ongoing support.Opportunities for career development.Friendly and supportive team environment.TPBN1_UKTJ
