Operations Manager

We're working with a market-leading international manufacturer looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a successful product division. This is a broad and highly visible role where you'll take ownership of supply chain operations, inventory planning, supplier relationships and continuous improvement, helping support future growth across the UK and Europe. • Developing inventory and stock plans to ensure product availability
\n
• Building and managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners
\n
• Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
\n
• Driving supply chain efficiency, service improvements and cost optimisation
\n
• Managing operational reporting and KPI analysis
\n
• Working closely with finance, sales and logistics teams
\n
• Supporting quality standards and product compliance
\n
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
\n

• Advanced Excel skills
\n
