Direct Hire F/T Bilingual in Spanish Administrative Assistant Needed in Bellwood, IL $25/hr (Excellent Union Benefits) Our client, a busy Union Health and Welfare Fund located in Bellwood, Illinois, is looking to hire an experienced direct-hire full-time bilingual in Spanish Administrative Assistant. This is a direct hire full-time position working onsite in the office in Bellwood, Illinois Monday-Friday from (7:00am to 3:30pm). Job Responsibilities Assisting with various office clerical tasks as needed.\ Answering phone calls. Incoming mail sorting and scanning. Data entry of pertinent information into the computer system. Mail management: sending out mail, opening, sorting, filing, and distributing mail. Filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying documents. Maintaining and updating files and records. Job Requirements At least 5 years of recent and related office clerical support experience. A High School Diploma is required. A college degree is preferred. You must be fluently bilingual in Spanish (required). Intermediate Microsoft Office Proficiency is required. Ability to type at least 45WPM with a high level of accuracy is required. Must be detail oriented, have exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
