• Active or eligible Washington Department of Health Occupational Therapist License is required.

• Prior experience in a school-based OT role is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to K–12 students based on individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment interventions, and track student progress in alignment with each student’s goals.
• Provide consultative support to teachers and parents regarding strategies, accommodations, and modifications.
• Maintain thorough, accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations.
