Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current and valid OT license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and progress evaluation
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and excellent communicator
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ motor skills, sensory needs, and functional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans following IEP guidelines
  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy interventions in both individual and group settings
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions to support continuous achievement
  • Engage with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ daily participation and goal attainment
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations as part of a cohesive student support team
