As a Traveling Associate Dentist, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering dental services to patients with the support of your team.
- Upholding the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Our practice is equipped with:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
- A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
- A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location
- An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A current, valid dental license in the states where care will be provided, or eligibility for licensure
- Any necessary certifications, including CPR and DEA
- Nitrous Oxide certification (specific to LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
- The ability and willingness to cover the following geographical areas:
- 144 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT
- Main St, Hartford, CT
- Myrtle St, New Britain, CT
- Elm St, New Haven, CT
- Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT
- St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104
This role provides:
- The opportunity to earn additional income weekly for traveling to various offices within your designated area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals where applicable)
