This position focuses on delivering individualized and group occupational therapy services for 5.5 direct hours each week, allowing you to concentrate on high-quality interventions without overwhelming caseloads or frequent travel. You’ll become a trusted resource for students who benefit from your specialized expertise, working collaboratively with staff and families to support educational success.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with credentials to practice in the state
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers and parents
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Ability to tailor interventions to a variety of student needs in elementary grades

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to assigned students in grades 1–5
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Document progress and maintain clear records, contributing to regular reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings as needed to support student success
  • Offer consultative support to staff and parents to optimize student outcomes
