Step into a key role supporting students’ growth and development as an Occupational Therapist in a local school setting. This is a contract opportunity to cover a maternity leave, working full-time across two elementary schools and providing services for one private school student in the surrounding area. The assignment is set to begin November 2nd and will run through January 29th, with the possibility for extension through late February.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective at adapting therapy plans for varied student needs across multiple sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group OT services to elementary-age students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and functional success
• Travel between assigned locations as part of your weekly schedule
• Attend meetings and contribute to ongoing student care planning
