Staff Pharmacist - Foxboro, Massachusetts

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An evening shift pharmacist role is available at a closed-door long-term care facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This direct hire position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a high prescription volume of approximately 600 Rx per day. The facility uses the Frameworks software system and is willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews and checks using the Frameworks system
• Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Dispense medications accurately and promptly
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy protocols and standards during the evening shift

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
• Rotating weekends are required

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience preferred but new graduates who are quick learners and adaptable to a high-volume environment are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
