Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks two licensed pharmacists to fill critical roles within a hospital setting near Denver, Colorado. Candidates will provide specialized pharmaceutical care in distinct areas: inpatient services and outpatient oncology. The positions begin immediately and are expected to last 13 weeks or longer on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position 1: Deliver pharmaceutical care to inpatient populations, supporting variable day and afternoon shifts.
  • Position 2: Provide expert pharmacy services within outpatient oncology, focusing on day-shift coverage.
  • Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and communication.
  • Ensure medication safety, accuracy, and compliance with hospital protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado pharmacist license required.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy settings.
  • Familiarity with oncology pharmacy practices is preferred for the outpatient role.
  • Proficiency with EPIC or similar electronic health systems.
  • Ability to adapt to variable scheduling and clinical demands.

  • Suburban hospital near Denver, Colorado.

Contract Details:

  • Position length: 13 weeks+, with potential for extension.
