Desired Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
- Prior experience with school-based OT services

- Adaptable and organized, able to manage a varied caseload
- Familiarity with documentation and progress reporting for educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans addressing students’ needs
- Provide direct and consultative OT services as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
- Engage families in the therapy process, offering training and resources as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to evaluate and support student progress
