In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient environment, create and execute personalized care plans, document clinical results, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery and functional improvement. You will provide evidence-based care while upholding high standards in clinical practice and documentation.

You will achieve success by:
- Delivering direct patient care while managing clinic operations to ensure outstanding service and results.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing clinic staff to cultivate a high-performing, patient-centered team.
- Overseeing budgets, resources, and schedules to promote financial success and operational effectiveness.
- Enhancing clinic visibility through community outreach, marketing efforts, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Rhode Island.
- Preferred: Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems.

CompensationSalary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, including productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits encompass generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
