Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated occupational therapist eager to make a difference in the lives of students for the 26/27 school year. Located near Buckeye, AZ, this full-time position runs 40 hours per week, beginning August 3rd, 2027. You'll work within either a preschool setting or a K-8 developmental program, supporting approximately 60 students while overseeing a COTA.

Desired Qualifications:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Valid Arizona IVP card
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise and collaborate with a COTA
- Passion for supporting children’s growth and independence
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Oversee and mentor a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of interventions and progress
- Adapt therapy activities to diverse student needs in a school environment
