Pharmacist | Deltona, Florida

A growing specialty compounding pharmacy located in DeBary, FL is seeking a part-time Pharmacist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This opportunity offers an ongoing assignment with an immediate start to support their expanding business, which specializes in Weight Loss and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Schedule:

• 1-2 days per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Pharmacy hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and verification according to pharmacy protocols
• Maintain strict adherence to USP 795, 797, and 800 standards
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail during all compounding and dispensing activities
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accuracy and quality
• Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting pharmacy growth initiatives
• Show willingness to learn and adapt to new pharmacy procedures and technologies

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license is required
• Previous compounding experience essential
• Solid understanding of USP 795, 797, and 800 regulations
• Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy is highly preferred
• Open to motivated and eager new graduates looking to expand their compounding skills
