Job Description
Seeking an experienced Enrollment Technician with 3+ years of experience in member enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis. The ideal candidate will process complex member enrollments, maintain accurate membership records, resolve enrollment discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely enrollment, billing, and ID card processing. Strong customer service, data entry accuracy, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are required. Healthcare or health insurance experience is highly preferred.
