Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT license and eligibility to practice in Colorado
- Prior experience serving pediatric or school-age populations, ideally within an educational environment
- Knowledge of IEP (Individualized Education Program) process and documentation
- Strong communication skills to consult effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ motor skills and functional abilities using a variety of assessment tools
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment strategies to promote independence in academic and daily activities
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, supporting their participation in school routines
- Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Educate and train school staff and families on strategies and accommodations for student success
- Adapt instructional materials and school environments to ensure accessibility and inclusion
