As a travel pharmacist with Soliant, you will enjoy a compensation package built for travelers, including tax-free stipends covering housing, meals, and travel-related expenses; weekly pay; and medical benefits.
Position 1 — Full Time Staff Pharmacist — Outpatient Retail Pharmacy
Employment Type: Contract — Full Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM — 40 hours per week (offering one week remote)
Setting: High-volume outpatient retail pharmacy filling approximately 1100 scripts per week
Team: Second pharmacist joining an established two-pharmacist-per-day operation
Systems: PioneerRx and EPIC
No sterile compounding — no chemotherapy
Additional duties include Meds to Beds hospital program and immunizations
Occasional coverage may be needed at two additional nearby locations
Excellent customer service skills are a must for this role
Position 2 — Part Time Float Pharmacist — Coverage Across Three Locations
Employment Type: Contract — Part Time 0.4 FTE with potential to increase toward full time for the right candidate
Schedule: Variable Monday through Friday — occasional Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at one location
Setting: Float coverage position across three outpatient retail pharmacy locations in the region
Systems: PioneerRx and EPIC
No sterile compounding — no chemotherapy
Meds to Beds hospital program and immunizations at all locations
Great opportunity for a pharmacist who wants flexibility and variety in their schedule
Position 3 — Specialty Pharmacy Manager — Leadership Opportunity
Employment Type: Direct Hire — Temp to Hire
Schedule: Hybrid remote to start — transitions to full onsite once new location opens
Setting: Growing specialty pharmacy operation with a hybrid remote start based in Upstate New York transitioning to a new onsite specialty pharmacy location once built and licensed
Specialty pharmacy experience required — this is a hard requirement
Leadership or management experience required
Strong long-term growth opportunity at a well-respected health system actively expanding its specialty pharmacy footprint

What We Are Looking For Across All Three Roles
Active New York State Pharmacist License in good standing
PioneerRx and EPIC experience preferred; willing to train the right candidates
Immunization certified or willing to obtain
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Flexible and adaptable across multiple pharmacy settings
