The role focuses on production job scheduling, execution, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and mainframe application support while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a 24/7/365 production environment. The candidate will also assist with source code promotion using Endevor, maintain operational documentation, and collaborate with application development and operations teams.
