Step into a dynamic role as a full-time Occupational Therapist supporting students in a collaborative school environment. You’ll work closely with a talented team that includes two experienced OTs and a dedicated COTA, ensuring comprehensive care for a student caseload. With approximately 200 students receiving OT services—divided among four professionals—you'll play a vital part in promoting their academic and social success.

This contract position offers a flexible hybrid schedule: three days onsite and two days remote each week, allowing you to balance effective hands-on support with the convenience and efficiency of remote work. Your expertise will directly impact students' growth and participation in school activities, empowering them to achieve their fullest potential.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Able to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
• Team player, eager to collaborate with other OTs and COTA
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and educators
• Innovative and adaptable to both onsite and remote service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized OT plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapeutic services
• Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school policies
• Collaborate with colleagues, teachers, and families to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning
• Flexibly divide time between remote and onsite work for comprehensive support
