As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective communication and will offer services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Daily tasks will also involve assigning duties, instructing, and offering clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program
  • Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain valid throughout employment.
