Staff Pharmacist - Brockton, MA

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for an Evening Shift Staff Pharmacist to work in a closed-door, long-term care facility. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality pharmaceutical services and ensuring patient safety during evening hours.

Location: Foxborough, Massachusetts
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial prescription reviews using Frameworks software (training provided)
• Perform final medication checks and verifications
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• Accurately dispense medications, maintaining compliance with facility policies
• Manage daily workflow efficiently in a high-volume environment (approximately 600 prescriptions per day)

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license required
• Demonstrated pharmacy experience preferred but open to new graduates
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
