Job Description
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Retail Pharmacy Technician position is available in Riverside, CA, offering an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. This contract-to-hire role requires a motivated individual to support daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately count and fill prescriptions following established procedures
- Process and open inventory shipments and pharmacy orders
- Enter prescription data into the pharmacy system using Liberty software
- Assist with register operations and manage customer transactions efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support pharmacy workflow
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid California Pharmacy Technician License required
- Six months to one year of retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Open to new graduates who are licensed and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills are essential
- Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with staff and customers
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
