Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, and programs focused on fall prevention.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.
• Educate residents and their families about treatment processes and health maintenance.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
