Occupational Therapist School Setting in Cleburne, TX

This full-time contract position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing you to spend three days onsite and two days working remotely, giving you the best of both worlds: direct student impact coupled with work-life balance. Your expertise will play a key role in helping students reach their highest level of independence and participation in the school setting. With a start date after August 17th, there’s plenty of time to prepare for a successful school year alongside like-minded professionals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license (or eligibility) in Texas
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working with a diverse student population across age groups
• Ability to split time effectively between onsite and remote responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and provide direct therapy to students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into educational plans
• Maintain timely records and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members as needed
• Serve as a resource for adaptive strategies and modifications within the school environment
