As an Occupational Therapist, you will support a small, manageable caseload of 12 students in a collaborative and focused school environment. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
- Ability to tailor support for diverse elementary-aged students
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in grades 1–5
- Evaluate student needs and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to foster student development
- Keep accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Support students in achieving goals related to motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
