- Participate in morning meetings (feel free to lead one!), organize your day, and express appreciation to your team.

- Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.
- Deliver dental services to patients with the assistance of your team.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Utilization of DentaPro software
- Access to digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Use of fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
- Team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
- Patient demographics: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on location
- Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- Insurance mix includes state plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental program
- Current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure
- Required certifications, including CPR and DEA
- Nitrous Oxide certification (applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A compassionate approach and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
- Willingness to cover the following geographical areas:
- 144 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT
- Main St, Hartford, CT
- Myrtle St, New Britain, CT
- Elm St, New Haven, CT
- Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT
- St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104
- Opportunity to earn additional income weekly for traveling to various offices within your designated area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals where applicable)
