Position: Traveling Associate Dentist

We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care to the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults.   • Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic.
Responsibilities
  • Provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • Patient demographic: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients (varies by location)
  • Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • Insurance mix includes state plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors
Qualifications

We expect you to possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure
  • Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
  • Willingness and ability to travel to the following locations:

This Opportunity Provides
  • Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 (based on experience and start date)
  • Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month
  • Relocation assistance of up to $10,000
  • Additional earnings of $100 per day for traveling to other offices within your area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals)
