A direct hire opportunity is available for a reliable Evening Shift Pharmacist to work in a closed-door long-term care (LTC) facility in Massachusetts. This position offers the chance to contribute to a highly efficient pharmacy environment, handling a daily volume of approximately 600 prescriptions. The software system used is Frameworks, with training provided for candidates who are new to the platform.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews through the Frameworks system
• Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Dispense medications efficiently in a timely manner while maintaining high safety standards

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience, with an ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Willingness to work evening shifts and rotating weekends
• Open to new graduates eager to gain experience in a professional LTC setting
