Pharmacist - Wilton, California

Pharmacist opportunity available in Wilton, CA with a contract position starting ASAP. This assignment is expected to last 13 weeks or longer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely according to prescriptions and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize pharmacy systems including Cerner and Omnicell, with upcoming transition to EPIC.
• Manage medication inventory and ensure proper storage.
• Provide patient counseling as needed and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.

Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials.
• Experience with Cerner and Omnicell pharmacy systems preferred.
• Familiarity with upcoming EPIC pharmacy platform is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
