Occupational Therapist School Setting in Lynnwood, WA

This opportunity centers around covering a K-12 caseload for a leave through early December, with a manageable roster of about 40 students. Start date for this assignment is September 3rd, 2026, with an expected end date of December 1st, 2026. You will work 7 hours per day, 5 days per week, providing valuable therapy and intervention services to students across grade levels.

Qualifications:

• Washington Department of Health (DOH) Occupational Therapist License (active or eligible)
• Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate – School Occupational Therapist (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with K-12 students is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students per their IEPs
• Evaluate student needs, set measurable goals, and monitor progress
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Engage in school-based meetings to advocate for students’ needs
