We will provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role in our tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team.\n

\n*Responsibilities:*\n
\n
\n* Represent clients in court, motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings.\n
\n* Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research.\n
\n* Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.\n
\n* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and judicial officers.\n
\n* Participate in firm growth and business development activities.\n
\n
\n*Qualifications:*\n
\n
\n* J.D. from an accredited law school.\n
\n* Active membership and good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar\n
\n* Minimum of 1 year of as a practicing attorney.\n
\n* Reliable Transportation\n
\n* Proven experience in *criminal law.*\n
\n* Exceptional litigation skills with the ability to manage a high caseload.\n
\n* Excellent court presence and professional demeanor.\n
\n* Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.\n
\n* Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.\n
\n
