We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of providing outstanding dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Key Responsibilities

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will:

  • Deliver dental services to patients with the assistance of your team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Our Practice Features
  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • Staffing ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • Patient demographics: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients (varies by location)
  • Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • Insurance mix includes state plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid dental license in the states where care will be provided or eligibility for licensure
  • Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
  • The willingness and ability to cover the geographical areas listed below:

    • Main St, Hartford, CT
    • Myrtle St, New Britain, CT
    • Elm St, New Haven, CT
    • Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT

  • A guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections
