\n*Duties*\n

\n* Operate trucks for the transportation of refuse, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.\n
\n* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.\n
\n* Maintain accurate records of work orders, and routing\n
\n* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding services.\n
\n* Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps, adjusting as necessary for traffic or road conditions.\n
\n* Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the truck, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.\n
\n
\n*Requirements*\n
\n
\n* Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.\n
\n* Experience in truck driving, particularly with manual transmission vehicles.\n
\n* Strong knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation skills.\n
\n* Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality in deliveries.\n
\n* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.\n
\n* Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.\n
