Occupational Therapist School Setting in Boulder City, NV

Bring your expertise as an Occupational Therapist to a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students from PreK through 8th grade in the vibrant Las Vegas, NV area. With 25-30 hours per week available—and potential for a full-time schedule if desired—you’ll play a key role in preparing young learners for academic and personal success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Nevada Occupational Therapy license, or eligibility to secure it before the starting date
• Experience in school-based settings, home health, or healthcare environments, especially working with children and adolescents
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills tailored to PreK-8 populations
• Effective communicator and team collaborator, working well with students, families, and educational staff
• Commitment to in-person therapy and the flexibility to travel between two sites

Role Highlights:

• Deliver occupational therapy services, addressing fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive techniques to maximize student participation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to promote a positive, supportive learning space
• Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication per district and state guidelines
• Participate in team and IEP meetings, contributing your expertise throughout the school year

Schedule & Duration:

• Part-time (25-30 hours weekly) with the possibility to expand to full-time
• Prepare for the academic year with an August 3rd start; classes run August 10 through May 31, 2027
• In-person role only, focused on impactful, face-to-face interventions
