Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Capacity to supervise a COTA
- Adaptability and strong collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60 students (preschool or K-8 developmental program)
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor a dedicated COTA
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and relevant school activities
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment
