Do you thrive on accuracy and enjoy working with numbers? Uline is looking for a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!

Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.

Required Availability: Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

  Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

• \n

  Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

\n
• \n

  Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.

\n
• \n

  Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

\n

Minimum Requirements

\n
• \n

  High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

\n
• \n

  Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.

\n
• \n

  Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

\n
