Key Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' medical histories.
• Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and addressing patient concerns.
• Creating personalized treatment plans with specific goals and anticipated outcomes.
• Employing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000, inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
