Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Pharmacy Technician role is available at a retail and long-term care setting in Sioux City, IA. This per diem position offers the opportunity to apply your pharmacy skills in a dynamic environment focused on patient care and accuracy in medication distribution.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours daily)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding their medications and proper usage
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and trust
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Iowa Pharmacy Technician License
- Experience working in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to supporting pharmacy operations with accuracy and professionalism
