Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Expertise in evaluating and implementing therapeutic interventions for elementary-level students
• Ability to adapt intervention plans to meet Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Skilled in managing a diverse caseload and travel between school sites

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to identified students at two elementary schools and one private school
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrative staff, and parents to support student progress
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required reports in compliance with school regulations
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and updates on student goals
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to provide the highest standard of care across different sites
