Job Description
The Superintendent manages daily field operations for mitigation and construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to scope. This role partners closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedules, resolve issues, and uphold CDS’s high standards for quality and professionalism. The Superintendent oversees technicians, subcontractors, jobsite documentation, safety compliance, and daily reporting through Encircle and Proven Jobs.
