Anesthesiology - Cardiac & General Anesthesiologist - Physician - Syracuse, NY

Our organization, situated in Syracuse, New York, is actively looking to hire Anesthesiologists, both general and cardiac, to enhance our dynamic team of skilled professionals. This role involves providing coverage in various settings, including hospital operating rooms, the endoscopy unit, the cardiac lab, and the ambulatory surgery center.

• Full-time position, totaling 2100 hours per year
• Involvement in vascular, orthopedic, spine, general surgery, urology, obstetrics, gynecology, and cardiac cases
• Limited pediatric cases, primarily at the ambulatory surgery center
• Call Schedule: 1 weekend per month; 3 overnight in-house calls every 2 months; 4 second calls every 2 months

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid New York State license and DEA registration
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology

We offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:

• Compensation:
  • $575,000 for the call-taking position
  • An additional $25,000 stipend for cardiac anesthesia
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift pay, and other cash compensation options relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• A sign-on bonus of $125,000
