Our organization is on the lookout for a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join the Primary Care team in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is a fantastic chance to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation!

The Primary Care facility, situated at 4 Congress Place in Saratoga Springs, is eager to welcome a new physician to its vibrant team. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and show a strong dedication to delivering top-notch healthcare to the communities we serve. Applicants must be Board Certified and hold a valid license to practice in New York.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Board Certification
• Licensure in New York State
• DEA registration required
• A strong interest in providing primary care across all age groups

We provide a competitive base salary with opportunities for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

• Salary range: $250,000 - $260,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Starting Bonus of $75,000
• Retention Bonus of $25,000
• Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
