Key Responsibilities- Deliver dental services to patients while collaborating with your support team.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
- Engage in community activities that promote a positive image of the organization.
- Participate in morning meetings to plan your day, express appreciation for your team, and highlight exemplary customer service and teamwork.
- Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.
- Utilization of DentaPro software
- Access to digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Use of fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
- Support staff ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
- Patient demographic: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on location
- Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- Insurance mix includes state plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental program.
- Current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
- Additional certifications as necessary, including CPR and DEA.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- A compassionate approach and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
- Willingness to travel within the following geographical areas:

- Opportunity to earn additional income weekly for traveling to various offices within your designated area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals where applicable).
