We are on the lookout for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dental services to patients while collaborating with your support team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
  • Engage in community activities that promote a positive image of the organization.
  • Participate in morning meetings to plan your day, express appreciation for your team, and highlight exemplary customer service and teamwork.
  • Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.
Practice Features
  • Utilization of DentaPro software
  • Access to digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Use of fiber-optic handpieces
  • Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
  • Support staff ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • Patient demographic: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on location
  • Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • Insurance mix includes state plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental program.
  • Current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
  • Additional certifications as necessary, including CPR and DEA.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A compassionate approach and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
  • Willingness to travel within the following geographical areas:
    • 144 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT
    • Main St, Hartford, CT
    • Myrtle St, New Britain, CT
    • Elm St, New Haven, CT
    • Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT
    • St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104
