Job Description
Sumo Medical Staffing is looking for two Family Nurse Practitioners who can provide fulltime coverage for a few months, starting early August. There are two different locations available.

\nMon, Wed, Fri, 830am-5pm
\nThursday 10am-7pm
\nTuesday 830am-130pm or Saturday 7am-12pm
\nContract Weeks: 14 (always potential to extend w/ this client)
\nGuarantee: 40
\nSpanish Speaking preferred
\nDOT certified is a plus
\nEPIC EMR
\nAges 2+
\nTypical visits include well visits and physicals- annual, school and sport, chronic disease management and acute visits.
\nJoliet, IL 60431
\n08/10/26 to 11/08/26
\nMonday and Wednesday hours 10am to 7pm
\nTuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am to 5pm
\nContract Weeks: 14 (always potential to extend w/ this client)
\nGuarantee: 40
\nDOT Certified
\nBLS Certified
\nAt least 2 years FNP Primary Care experience
\nEpic EMR experience
\nBilingual (a plus)
