Overview

Compensation: The hourly pay ranges from $45 to $55, with flexibility based on experience.

Sign-on and Relocation Bonuses: Full-time positions may receive up to $10,000, while part-time roles offer a $5,000 bonus.

Responsibilities:

Our Hygienists play a crucial role in providing direct dental care and related services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, while also supporting office operations.

  • Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to each patient.
  • Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride application, and other related procedures under a dentist's supervision.
  • Offer excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.
  • Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices.
  • Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and organizational standards.
  • Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process.
  • Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
  • Take x-rays and document them in patient records when necessary.
  • Create memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion and care.
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
  • CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including a hands-on skills assessment (required upon hire).
