Join Our New Orthopedic Surgery Program

We are excited to announce the establishment of a new Orthopedic Surgery Program within our organization. We are currently on the lookout for a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Spine Medicine to become a vital part of our expanding team.

This position presents a remarkable chance to be among the initial surgeons in a newly formed hospital-based orthopedic practice, allowing you to influence the development of the program from its inception.

Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Completion of a fellowship in Spine Surgery
  • Eligibility for or possession of a New York State medical license
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Recruitment Package:

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes:

  • Compensation: Base salary ranging from $630,000 to $760,000
  • The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Starting Bonus: $50,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
  • Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • CME time with an annual expense allowance of $4,500
