The Hematology/Oncology Division within our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist to join the MacNeal Community Cancer Center.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing a comprehensive general hematology and medical oncology program in Berwyn and its neighboring areas. This individual will provide strong leadership, enhance clinical and research initiatives, aid in attracting top-tier professionals to the practice, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. They will also be responsible for leading and supporting patient services and excellence in the care delivery model.

Key responsibilities will encompass both inpatient and outpatient care at MacNeal Hospital and Cancer Center. The ideal candidate will engage actively in our multidisciplinary translational clinical care research and oversee a diverse array of clinical treatment protocols. Teaching duties will include mentoring fellows, residents, and medical students as assigned. This role will report directly to the Director of the Hematology/Oncology Division and will collaborate closely on the development of the regional community cancer practice.

This position comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes:

  • Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945
