We are currently looking for an OB/GYN Physician to join our physician-led medical group and provide exceptional care at the Aurora Grafton Medical Center located in Grafton, WI.

Position Highlights

• Collaborate with a team of 11 dedicated Physicians.
• Main office situated in North Milwaukee, featuring a comprehensive multi-specialty clinic.
• Perform deliveries and surgeries at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI, conveniently located 20 minutes from our Milwaukee clinic and 10 minutes from our Mequon clinic.
• Work in a Level 2 NICU with approximately 1,000 deliveries each year.
• Participate in a 1:12 call schedule.
• Benefit from a robust support team of Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants.

• Access specialized services including Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Special Care Nursery, and robotic surgery.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.

• Leverage DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for streamlined review and approval.

• Enjoy an annual salary of $406,000.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a valid Wisconsin medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
